Depending on the services required, we offer an hourly rate or a flat rate. Our team keeps detailed logs of the time they spend and you will only be billed for the time spent.

procedures
Synergy operates at regular business hours, offering contactless drop-offs for any physical files Monday – Friday: 9am-1pm & 1:30pm-5pm.
The office building is restricting all outside traffic. There is a locked mailbox for any materials that need to be dropped off, which is checked daily. If large files are required to be dropped off, please do so at the above-listed times. There is a drop-off doorbell to acknowledge your arrival. The door will be unlocked and you will have the opportunity to deliver to a safe contactless bin upon entry.
Please call reception to connect you with a Synergy Team Member to arrange for a time should an appointment be required, or connect directly with your representative.
