Ontario’s Main Street Relief Grant: PPE Support

COVID SUPPORT PROGRAMS - PROVINCIAL

This grant is providing up to $1,000 for PPE costs to eligible small businesses across Ontario with 2 to 19 employees.

To apply for this grant, you will need the following information:

• Receipts or proof of costs for PPE purchased since March 17, 2020.

• PPE could include:

  • Gloves, gowns, face shields, eye protection, masks, sanitizer, sanitizing wipes

  • Thermometers, temperature monitors or cameras

  • Physical changes, including the installation of hand sanitizer stations and plexiglass dividers

  • Signs to guide or inform customers and employees.

Eligibility:

To be eligible, your business must have between 2-19 employees and be in one of the following sectors:

• retail

• accommodation and food services

• repair and maintenance

• personal & laundry services

• gyms & yoga studios
