New Loan Programs for Businesses - Up to $40,000 Interest-Free for One Year

As part of the ever-evolving array of financial measures the Canadian government is unveiling, in an effort to ease the financial burden of the COVid-19 pandemic, new promises were made today by Prime Minister Trudeau that will help small to medium-sized businesses.

More details will be released by Monday about the $40,000 small business loans that are guaranteed interest-free for the first year.

Additional Support

In addition to the loan, GST and HST remittance has been extended for this quarter to June 30th.
