Non-Disclosure & Privacy

In consideration of being contracted by the any noted company/client, also referred to as “the Company/Client” Synergy hereby agrees and acknowledges:

1. That during the duration of the contractual agreement there may be disclosed to us certain trade secrets of the Company; said trade secrets consisting of, but not necessarily limited to:

a. Technical information: Methods, processes, formulae, compositions, systems, techniques, inventions, machines, computer programs and research projects.

b. Business information: Customer lists, pricing data, sources of supply, financial data and marketing, production, or merchandising systems or plans.

2. Synergy Tax & Business Solutions Inc., agrees that we shall not during, or at any time after the termination of the contractual agreement with the Company/Client use for ourselves or others, or disclose or divulge to others, any trade secrets, confidential information, or any other proprietary data available to us in the course of providing the services outlined in the contractual agreement.

3. That upon the termination of the contractual agreement from the Company/Client:

a. We shall return all documents and property, including but not necessarily limited to: drawings, blueprints, reports, manuals, customer lists, receipts, original documents and all other original materials relating in any way to the Company's business, or in any way obtained by me during the course of the contractual agreement. A backup of any digital files created by Synergy TBS for the Company will be provided at such time the service agreement is cancelled, given all outstanding invoices from Synergy TBS have been paid in full. Please note that copies of Government forms and remittances, prepared and submitted by Synergy TBS on behalf of clients, are retained for our purposes of confirming our work was delivered in a timely and appropriate fashion.

b. The Company may notify any future or prospective interested party or third party of the existence of this agreement.
